After a Landmark Victory in the Italian courts, Quasar Manufacturing Ltd has destroyed the illegal business run by George Ricotti trading as Q-Games Italia. Who was selling laser equipment made up from a collection of parts including Q2000 as genuine Q-Zar or Quasar Equipment. Quasar Manufacturing Ltd (previously Quasar UK) has been involved with the manufacture and maintenance of Quasar since 1989 and have owned the company outright since 2005 including the Quasar and Q-Zar Trade Marques. Q-Games Italia have sold this Counterfeit product to a number of unsuspecting Italian customers who are now being approached by our Appointed Italian Distributor, MAPI Entertainments Srl and offered the opportunity to change over to the genuine Q-Zar systems.
We do not wish to put innocent people that have purchased these counterfeit products out of business, so we have worked out a rescue package with Mapi Entertainments Mapi will offer a new contract for sites to change over to Genuine Q-Zar product supplied by Quasar Manufacturing Ltd of the UK at very advantageous terms. Any site that continues to trade as a Q-Zar using the counterfeit systems will be forced to close.
Following our success in Italy, Quasar Manufacturing Ltd will be turning it’s attentions to other illegal sites, particularly around Europe, where owners have bought up old equipment from dubious sources and are trading as either Q-Zar or Quasar.
It has also been advertised that Snr Ricotti has struck a deal with Quasar Manufacturing to sell Q-Zar and Quasar in Italy, this statement is totally untrue.
